Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Derby)

Empowering Learning is actively seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for Secondary Schools in Derby on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, following pre-prepared lesson plans.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check is essential (or willingness to apply for a new DBS).
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: Competitive daily rates ranging from 90 to 120, depending on experience.
