Do you have excellent customer care experience paired with strong admin skills? Have you previously worked within the logistics or fine art industries?

I am looking for a Customer Care Specialist/Coordinator to join a global logistics company who specialise in providing shipping services for the likes of galleries, interior designers and auction houses to name a few! Working as part of the Customer Care team, the successful candidate will be the key point of contact for customers and will manage their precious requests & expectations during shipments.

Main duties:

Manage incoming customers requests, including quotes
Follow the customers shipments and proactively update them on latest evolutions
Develop your own customer relationships
Communicate with the different logistics teams (customer service, first mile, last mile, customs ) to fix thousands of different issues together
Suggest improvements in operational processes with the Operations team
Work with the tech team on current and future platforms and products

Key requirements:

Previous customer service/customer care experience
Experience working within the logistics or fine art industries
High-energy, results-driven, team-oriented
Must be comfortable working with numbers and creating spreadsheets
Ability to multi-task with strong daily planning and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal English

Basic salary of £26,000-£29,000 (DOE)
