Salary: MPS £35,368 – £47,152 / UPS £49,498 – £53,230 + TLR 2A

We are excited to welcome an exceptional teacher to take on Key Stage 3 Coordinator in our fantastic English Department. Ark Pioneer is an outstanding new school and we are expanding our English team as we progress into our sixth year, including the first year of A Level English Literature teaching! We are looking for the right person to oversee our rich and purposeful curriculum, focussing on the foundations in Key Stage 3.

What’s special about this role?

This role is ideal for teachers passionate about the power of language, literature and love of reading to support pupils’ success in school and in life beyond. The Key Stage 3 Coordinator of English will work closely with our Head of English in ensuring our committed team embed a real love of literature, develop strength in reading and writing in years 7 to 9 and oversee a range of enrichment opportunities from spelling bees to poetry slams to debating.
