Main Responsibilities as a Secondary Humanities Teacher:

• Designing, teaching, and evaluating the Curriculum
• Selecting appropriate educational resources and materials
• Implementing the school’s behavior management policy effectively
• Fostering independence and critical thinking skills
• Providing exceptional safeguarding and pastoral care
• Ensuring pupil attainment
• Creating tailored learning plans for students with SEND and SEMH

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status
• Possess a degree in the Humanities field
• Demonstrate a deep passion for the subject matter
• Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are welcome
• Exhibit proactivity, energy, kindness, and care
• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to undergo the process with us)
• Provide a comprehensive and verifiable work history
