Position: Early Years/Reception Teacher We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years/Reception Teacher to join our team in January. This is a permanent position, and Early Career Teachers (ECT) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages the holistic development of each child.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for all children.
• Establish effective communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and any concerns.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their intellectual, emotional, and social development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, colleagues, and parents.
• The ability to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
