Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role at a primary school in Denton, Tameside.

Position: Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Denton, Tameside
Role Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Pay Rate: Competitive 425 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Assist in planning and organising educational activities
• Provide individual support to students, helping them reach their full potential
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working in a primary school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with young children and helping them succeed
