Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms on short notice to provide instruction and maintain a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about teaching, enjoy flexibility, and are capable of adapting to different school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons or create engaging lesson plans when necessary.
• Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of various age groups and learning abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of learning.
• Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher about pupils progress and any issues that arose during the absence.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in a teaching role.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational environments.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
