An Ofsted ‘Good’ school in Barking & Dagenham is searching for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support, particularly with students who have special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Learning Support Assistant, provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, both in-class and outside, focusing on student progress
• Work closely with SEN students, addressing unique learning needs and promoting a positive learning experience
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-managed learning environment

Role Requirements:

• Degree (1:1 or 2:1) from a top UK university
• Previous experience supporting children, particularly in SEN
• Confidence in behaviour management and a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom
