Autism Support Assistant Benefits:

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism and additional needs within a specialised provision
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish
• Work closely with class teachers, SENDCos, and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions
• Gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs
• Develop key skills in early intervention, behaviour management and inclusive primary education
• £450 PAYE per week (term-time only)
• Rolling contract until July 2026, with potential for extension into the following academic year
