Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Barton School, Barton-upon-Humber DN18 6DA
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time plus 5 Training Days
Start: September 2026

About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a high quality, person centred education for pupils with special educational needs, in line with Company policies, procedures and the standards set by the Regulatory Body. You will create engaging and supportive learning experiences that enable every pupil to make meaningful progress-academically, socially and emotionally.

Options Barton School is an independent special school in North Lincolnshire for children and young people aged 5-19 with autism and associated complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
Located in Barton-upon-Humber, we are easily accessible from Barton, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Hull, and the surrounding towns.
For over 19 years, Options Autism has provided specialist care and education for children, young people, and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
