The Role:

Earn £70-£80 a day.
‘Good’ Ofsted rated Secondary school.
1:1 and 1:2 support for students.
Long term and short term contracts available.
Full time (Monday to Friday).
Located in Reading

The Candidate:

Minimum of level 3 or degree required.
Must be enthusiastic about providing emotional and mental support to students.
Must have excellent behaviour management skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
Key Stage 3 and 4 experience is desirable, but not necessary for this role.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have the ability to adapt to the needs of a dynamic work day, the enthusiasm to engage struggling students, and will be either degree educated or have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification.

Successful applicants who are aspiring teachers have the option of supported teacher training through schools direct provided they demonstrate value.
