360 Recruitment Consultant – Long-term Teachers

Here at Long-term Teachers, we are looking to take on a 360 Recruitment Consultant to inherit a warm desk and join our growing team in Bristol.

Providing both mainstream and specialist SEND staff to education provisions across the South West, we provide an integral, trusted and valued service to our schools. We ensure that schools are being provided with high-quality staff who often-times are then taken on permanently and welcomed into the team. Just as importantly, we take the time to ensure staff are being placed into schools which are the best fit for their skill-sets to encourage long-lasting placements. Recruitment is ensuring that both parties are listened to and provided with a consultative service, and we are truly passionate about the customer service we provide – it’s what sets us apart from other agencies. You would be based in our beautiful office in Bristol.

We are proud to have a work culture which moves away from traditional sales scripts, micromanagement and extensive KPIs. With guidance tailored to each Consultant dependent on what they truly need, we encourage an environment whereby we are being honest and transparent with everybody we interact with. We do not promote a transactional service.

The role: • Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods • Screening CV’s and conducting initial interviews • Sales calls and meetings • Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process.

Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Able to demonstrate grit and resilience • Hard-working and results driven • High emotional intelligence.

You do not need to have previous recruitment experience – we can welcome a trainee or an experienced Consultant. Either way, we want to hear from you!
