The Post – Administrative Assistant
UWS Registry is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support University Registry Functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated administrators to develop Registry and in doing so directly impact and support experience for all UWS students.
As a member of Registry, the post holder will be part of a cross-campus team providing a professional, efficient and effective administration service which is integral to all aspects of the student journey from the time of enrolment to the point of graduation and beyond.
You will work as part of a team within Registry, to provide a high level of service in relation to a range of Registry functions including exams, graduations and results processing. You will proactively work within a set of defined procedures to process information accurately and efficiently. You will work through enquiries, identify problems and resolve them, working with other team members within the area of Assessment and Awards.

The post will be based at the Paisley Campus. However, you may be required to work at any UWS campus or location from time to time to meet needs of the business.
