This large 11-18 secondary school found in the Borough of Harrow are looking for a talented Art & Design Teacher to join their Art & Design department for September 2021. The school has an excellent reputation locally, producing good results in national exams at both 16 and 18, as well as playing a significant role within the community. You will be an outstanding Art & Design teacher, passionate about your subject and committed to providing all of your pupils with every opportunity to achieve their potential.

School facilities and amenities are excellent, and the Art department is no exception. The school has a number of studios for the various aspects important to the development of pupils creativity and allows a broad range of skills to be worked on, including ceramics, which has recently seen a substantial school investment providing them with a host of new equipment.

The school looks to ensure that pupils experience a full curriculum within the school, and seek to provide pupils with every opportunity possible. Whilst the school have excellent academic results, they are determined to ensure pupils obtain a good grounding and are fully prepared when they leave for the wider world.

The school are looking to appoint a permanent, full time Art & Design teacher to start in September 2021. The successful Art & Design teacher will be required to teach all ages from 11-18 and support both GCSE and A-Level groups. As an Art & Design teacher, you will have excellent subject knowledge, be committed to bettering yourself as an Art & Design teacher, and supporting your pupils as they seek to better themselves and develop into impressive young adults ready to take their next steps into a career or Higher Education.
