Grade: Support Staff Pay Scale: Grade 3

Salary: Starting at £26,937 with progression to £27,787 per annum (Inclusive of London Weighting)

Location: Prince Regent Lane – East London

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, friendly and motivated art technician to provide technical support to staff and students in the Art & Design department.

The successful candidate will ideally have an Art background and experience of working in a creative setting providing support. They will work closely with the art teachers in order to provide effective technical support for specialist lessons in Graphics, Fashion and Textiles and Fine Art & ensure health & safety standards are met.

They will be required to carry out the full duties of a technician as per their contract, this includes supporting open days, exhibitions and events. They will work within a small team of 4 teachers, an instructor and a curriculum manager.
