SEND Teaching Assistant – Sutton
Engage Education is currently working with a lovely SEN school based in Sutton who are urgently seeking multiple special education needs support workers and teaching assistants to work across their campus.
The school caters for students from ages 2-19 years old with a wide range of needs. Their aim is to enable every child to achieve their full potential, individualism is key to this. The school recognises each child is unique in their character and their needs, this requires all staff members to work together to access successful outcomes for students.

Profound and Multiple Needs
Severe Learning Difficulties.
This is a full time, long term position until the end of the academic year on a long term contract and there could be an option of a permanent offer.
Care worker backgrounds and Health and Social Care
A university graduate who are looking to build their experience supporting SEN pupils in school settings
Candidates who never worked in school settings but have transferable skills supporting children and young adults with SEN
Have a positive mindset, flexible approach and a can-do attitude
Must be comfortable with personal care (feeding and toileting)
