Empowering Learning are supporting a secondary school based in Northamptonshire. They are seeking to appoint a senior leader (Assistant / Vice Principal level) who can also offer English as a specialism from February 2024 on a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transfer to a permanent contract thereafter.

The successful person will be tasked with adding capacity at Assistant / Deputy Headship level within the school. Offering coaching and mentoring and close support to the current English faculty. You will be joining a secondary school that’s on its journey towards Ofsted ‘Good’.

Staff have an uncompromising commitment to this and work closely with one another to support and develop students as well as one another.

Salary offered: £60,000 – £65,000
