Behavior Teaching Assistant (Primary)

• Location: Cardiff

• Pay: £83.50 – £90.00 per day – 6.5 hours per day

• Start date – New Academic Year – September 2024

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral challenges, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and structured environment. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support

The ideal Behavior Teaching Assistant (Primary) will possess

• A keen interest in working with children
• Experience (paid or voluntary) working with Children and/or in the care sector
• Open to training and development
• Proactive work ethic
• A good understanding of special educational needs
• The ability to provide a range of support to pupils
• A patient and understanding attitude
• The ability to work as part of a team
