Milk Education are pleased to be recruiting for 1:1 Behaviour Support Mentor to work in a high-achieving secondary School based Stockport. The role will involve providing support to children who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning.

If you have worked in education, social care, youth work or similar and have a passion to support children with additional needs then this role would be PERFECT for you!

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Previous experience working with children, or young adults, with behaviour or complex needs
• Confidence dealing with pupils with different abilities and SEND requirements
• An ability to build positive relationships and a rapport with young people
• Have a caring, resilient nature
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
