Your new schoolThis is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school which educates students from KS3 to KS5, where classrooms are a positive environment for students to learn in. This environment means that students do well in lessons and students have a holistic education, giving them skills that will prepare them for life outside of school as well as inside the classroom.

Your new role

• Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities as required.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – this is suitable for ECTs/NQTs
• Experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3, 4 & 5.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers.
