Biology Teacher Specification
For this role you must be a motivated Biology Teacher who has a demonstrable track record of ‘Good’ or better teaching and has at least 1 year of teaching experience. You will be able to organise your classroom into a fantastic place of learning and be a creative and imaginative classroom practitioner. The ideal Biology Teacher candidate will have the teaching adaptability to actively work well within a team as-well as working on their own.

About the Biology Teacher Role
You will be joining the school as part of the well-equipped Science faculty and have the chance to support your teaching with the use of brand-new laboratories. As a Biology Teacher you shall be allocated classes from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 and it is essential that you meet the requirements of the curriculum and fully prepare all pupils for summer exams. As a Biology Teacher you must be able to teach great lessons using all the resources and equipment available. Your Biology Teacher duties will include helping to manage the influx of pupils opting to take this subject at GCSE and A-Level through sharing the workload.
