As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Take responsibility for developing new opportunities and maximising on existing partnerships
• Establish meaningful relationships with local authorities
• Work closely with Head Teachers, Marketing & Placement Managers to ensure promotion of current services
• Adhere to a set of clear KPI’s and targets
• Identify new funding steams and entry into new markets

To be successful as a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Have experience within the education and/or care sector
• Have a proven ability to forge meaningful business relationships
• Understand the statutory funding in children’s and/or adult services
• Hold excellent negotiation skills
• Be able to travel extensively within the South East with some overnight stays
• An understanding of special educational needs would be advantageous however, not essential

In return, my client is offering a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum with an expected OTE of £70,000. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
