Business Development Manager – The Role
SupplyWell are looking for a consultative ‘hunter’ who will help them to take their vitally important message into schools across the UK.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you’ll be supported by an experienced Marketing team, as well their teams of Relationship Managers and Educator Partners that ‘connect the dots’ between their wonderful educators and the schools that rely on them.
As a Business Development Manager, you will use all of the tools at your disposal (phone, email, LinkedIn etc) to identify and engage key decision makers within potential partner schools. This typically results in a scheduled meeting, where you will uncover their specific challenges and, using your commercial acumen, introduce and effectively close a solution that meets their needs.You will then liaise closely with the Relationship Managers and Educator Partner teams to ensure each school is onboarded efficiently. You will also feed customer feedback and market insights directly into the Product team to ensure they remain ahead of the curve, helping to continuously improve their tech offering.
Business Development Manager – Your Skills & Experience
Previous experience selling tech or recruitment solutions into the education sector would be beneficial but is not essential. It’s more important to us that you can evidence success surpassing sales targets and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle.
