Prospero Teaching are working with a secondary school based in Bradford who are looking for a Chemistry Teacher to start after February half term and teach Chemistry until the end of the 2021 academic year.

Students at this Bradford secondary school are keen to learn and want to be engaged and challenged with lessons that are vibrant and interesting. The Science department are enthusiastic & passionate about Chemistry and totally committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential. With over 1200 pupils in attendance at this mixed comprehensive and a ‘good’ Ofsted report the potential Chemistry teacher will need to be at QTS and have a good track record in previous schools.

Location – Bradford
Position – Chemistry Teacher
Start date – 02/2021
Duration / Likely Duration – 5 Months

Contract type – Temporary
Full time/part time – Part time or full time
Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £130 per day
Hours – 8:15am – 3:30pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS or equivalent
Previous experience working in a UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
