Job Title: Communication & Physical Skills Training Instructor

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £27,500 – £35,000 per year (Experience Dependent)

Job type: Permanent, Full time.

The Role:

IKON is a recognised provider of the highest quality training Nationwide to individuals dealing with and managing challenging behaviour within the workplace. We are looking for an experienced Training Instructor to join our outstanding team on a remote working basis.

You will deliver conflict resolution whilst managing challenging behaviour training across multiple sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Social Care, Facilities, Transport and Retail to support our clients in training their in-house teams. Experience across all these industries isn’t necessary but beneficial.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Training delivery of communication and physical skills training to multiple sectors.
• Review and assess lesson plans whilst completing training evaluations where required.
• Deliver the highest training nationally aligned with the company structure and ethos.
• Adjust where necessary from industry to industry to support clients with their tailored and specific needs.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTTLS.
• Recent training delivery experience.
• Physical Intervention skills qualification and delivery experience.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Clean driving license and reliable vehicle.
• A form of teaching/training qualification, if applicable, would be advantageous.
