We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Cover Supervisor to become an integral part of our educational crew.

Contract: Flexible – Customise your hours within the school day

Salary: M1 – M6 Teaching Scale

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be at the helm, guiding the ship through diverse educational waters and ensuring a smooth voyage for both students and teachers.

Responsibilities:

Pick up flexible hours within the school day to cover lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
Deliver pre-planned lessons using provided resources, maintaining consistency in learning.
Manage student behavior effectively, creating a positive and focused learning environment.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless transition for students and teachers.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS certificate.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications.
Previous experience in a school setting, demonstrating flexibility across various subjects and age groups.
