Cover Supervisor Location: Redbridge Salary: £80-£100 a day Are you experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Or a cover supervisor seeking additional work? I am looking for cover supervisors in Redbridge for after half term on Long term and Supply basis. The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, your main objective is to oversee the smooth running of all lessons during the school day including: Supervising the cover work set by the absent teacher Ensuring the children have the required resources and knowledge to complete the work set by the teacher Managing the behaviour of pupils during the lesson to ensure all work is completed to a high standard Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/department.The schools are ideally looking for someone with the following: Organised, friendly and a positive work ethic High expectations for themselves and the pupils A team player with high standards of professionalism and courteousness.
