With the new academic year just around the corner, we are looking to be in a position where we can support local schools with their supply requirements. The Ideal Candidate would – Support students with their learning by ensuring pre-planned work is completed Monitor student behaviour in the classroom Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems Have a degree Have previous expereince in managing a large group of children Be passionate about supporting children with their learning The ability to keep children engaged and motivated Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident Have strong communication skills Have a good behaviour management skills.
