With the new academic year just around the corner, we are looking to be in a position where we can support local schools with their supply requirements. We are looking for people who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike. The Ideal Candidate would – Support students with their learning by ensuring pre-planned work is completed Monitor student behaviour in the classroom Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems Have a degree Have previous expereince in managing a large group of children Be passionate about supporting children with their learning The ability to keep children engaged and motivated Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident Have strong communication skills Have a good behaviour management skills.
