We’re looking for a bright graduate (no experience needed) for a new customer success role with an exciting EdTech business. This company is changing the way that teachers handle marking and data, but they need YOU to build rapport with new customers and make them into loyal clients.

Customer Support Executive role overview:
You will work with the sales team to ensure new clients have a smooth onboarding experience and build relationships with them to turn them into repeat customers. You’ll analyse customer engagement and take strategic actions to maintain high resubscription rates – turning one-off clients into long-term customers.
You’ll report to the Customer Success Manager, ensuring them that you are the person to give teachers confidence in their data so they can make the decisions they need to make to improve their teaching strategies and unlock their students’ potential.
No prior work experience needed. This is a Brighton-based role with excellent and rapid progression opportunities. Sound good?
Customer Support Executive responsibilities:
First point of contact for customer support
Use your presentation skills to deliver webinars for new and existing customers
Create training videos and systems to help customers engage with all features of the platform
Manage customer database and interactions using Hubspot
Analyse customer engagement & take actions to maintain high resubscription rates
Customer Support Executive must-haves:
Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
Strong communication and customer service skills
A problem-solver with a can-do attitude
