We are looking for a 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol. We are a start-up Education Recruitment business situated in the city centre of Bristol with a team of 9 and plans to add 2 more consultants by the end of the year. Being a Delivery Consultant, you will specialise in the candidate journey – sourcing candidates (TAs and Teachers), registering them, providing an exceptional level of customer service and working alongside a 360 Consultant to place them into long-term work.

We place Teachers and Teaching Assistants into roles within schools across the South West of the UK. We cover both mainstream and SEND Education with specialist consultants focusing on each division of Education, in each geographic area of the South West. We need somebody to take over a specialist candidate role, assessing suitability of TAs and Teachers for positions we are working on as a branch.

Delivery Recruitment Consultant role:

• Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
• Registering candidates for work
• Negotiating pay and charge rates with candidates
• Managing your pool of candidates and providing industry leading customer service
• Actively using CV searching sites and websites such as LinkedIn to find new and experienced candidates
