TeacherActive is looking for a Design Technology/DT and Food Preparation and Nutrition Teacher to work with a School in Bristol for term 4. The role will be to cover maternity leave. You will be joining a supportive cohort of staff and will be given excellent support. You will be working in the Design Technology department and be teaching students how to prepare food, how to cook food and understand the importance of nutrition to health. You will be teaching across Key Stage 3/ KS3 and Key Stage 4/KS4 and ensuring students are supported You will need to plan and deliver lessons and ensure behaviour and lesson disruption is at a minimum. The successful Teacher will have: – Hold a recognised teaching qualification, eg. PGCE or equivalent.
