The Role: As a Design Technology Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons that encompass various aspects of design and technology, encouraging students to develop their creativity and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Design Technology to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning and encourages student participation.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and technological advancements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Design Technology.
• A passion for design and technology and a commitment to inspiring students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
