We are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join the Harris Leadership College as Digital Learning Support Officer.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Harris Leadership College (HLC) team, working predominantly on the School Led Network (SLN) programme, which provides National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) for teachers.
The purpose of your role will be to provide digital learning support for the SLN Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate participants attendance on NPQ programmes, including first-line support for platform related queries, quality assurance of content sequencing and uploading of training material.
The Harris Leadership College is the leadership development centre for the Harris Federation, its academies, and other schools. We provide high-quality leadership training to schools and academies in and around London.
The Harris Federation has a proven track record of transforming underperformance rapidly, with all of our secondary academies rated as ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ and 80%+ rated ‘outstanding’ (Ofsted). This success is a result of talented and dedicated teachers, support staff and leadership teams working effectively within our academies. Our Leadership College provides opportunities to share best practice and continue to develop and contribute to the wider educational system.
We develop the leadership potential of staff in schools and academies through the suite of NPQ (National Professional Qualification) programmes. NPQs support aspiring leaders to become highly effective middle leaders, senior leaders, headteachers and confident executive leaders.
We believe that by continually improve leadership practice we will improve teaching practice. We deliver programmes for all teachers wanting to significantly improve the quality of teaching and the quality of their leadership.
Main Areas of Responsibility
You will be responsible for facilitating digital learning in the HLC and supporting with all elements of the SLN’s NPQ offer across all delivery partners. Specific areas of responsibility will include:

Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate must have excellent IT skills and a basic understanding of project management disciplines, such as planning, reporting, risk management, communication and good organisational skills. A background in education is not essential.
Training and professional development will be a fundamental part of the role, with opportunities to progress within the organisation.
