The Archer Academy is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Director of Music to join an outstanding team in our flourishing, forward looking and ambitious school.

• Be passionate about the value and importance of a rich and stimulating curriculum, extracurricular, enrichment and co-curricular programme of music.
• Be a talented musician in their right, in the classroom and/or other platforms, to generate themselves as a role model for the department and students.
• Be a competent pianist and accompanist, who is able to speak about or direct other instruments and voices with authority.
• Be an outstanding role model and a compelling advocate for Music to students, parents, colleagues, and in the wider community.
• Be a committed team player.
