Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Drama Teacher/Performing Arts Teacher to work in a Middle School in Redditch. September 2024 start.

QTS/PGCE is NOT essential – Past Teaching Experience is a MUST.

Daily Tasks will include:

– Managing classroom behaviour– Delivering planned lessons (Drama/Performing Arts)– Building relationships with staff & pupils– Free reign on designing the own Drama Curriculum

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

– Previous experience working with challenging behaviour – desirable School Based.

– A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

– Experience working with children who have learning difficulties – EHCPs

– Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
