Salary: £10.50 – £12 per day.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely day nursery based in Harrogate. This setting is situated in a converted Edwardian house, adapted to provide the best space and opportunities for the children within their care. This setting has exciting outdoor learning areas, ensuring that the children have opportunities to explore the outdoors throughout all types of weather, providing endless opportunities for development.

The nursery is looking for a level 2 / level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a long-term basis. The successful Early Years Practitioner will be working with young children between 3 months to 5 years of age, caring for the children within the setting day-to-day and providing opportunities for the children to develop skills such as communication, understanding and independence.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

• Either a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Previous experience working within the early years.
• Good knowledge of current safeguarding policies and procedures.
