An exceptional primary school based in the vibrant community of West London is seeking a talented and motivated Early Years Lead Practitioner to join their staffing team from the start of 2024.

Position: Early Years Lead Practitioner – Independent School

Start Date: 3rd January 2024

Location: Kensington and Chelsea – West London based Independent prep school

Responsibilities:

– Create interactive and engaging activities to support the EYFS
– Assess chidlrens progress and keep records on each children
– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and strategies
– Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the children’s performance and progress
– Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills – noodle now training

Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies
– Teaching certification or license required
– Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred
– Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards -EYFS
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
– Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
