Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an EYFS TA to work in a local primary school in Bristol on a full-time basis starting in January 2024.
About the role
The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will be able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils, promote their learning and academic progress, and support children with special educational needs. You may be tasked with running small group interventions to support children or working on a 1:1 basis to ensure the needs of pupils are met and that they can thrive. The ideal Learning Support Assistant for Early Years will be proactive, flexible, patient and be highly motivated to help children reach their full potential.

The local primary school in South Bristol with nursery classes welcomes a diverse range of pupils and is seeking a caring and supportive TA who is proactive, reliable and adapts their support to meet the needs of children. The TA should be confident at communicating with children and helping them make the right choices. The school has high standards and expectations of their pupils and prioritises creating a supportive environment for both staff and students.
