Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in South Manchester to work in an Early Years class. This is a full-time role starting immediately and will run until the end of the academic year. You will be working with children of different abilities, including those with special educational needs.

The working hours are from 8:30am to 3:45pm, and the daily rate for this position ranges from £70 to £80, which is highly competitive in the current market. The school is rated as “outstanding” and has a remarkable reputation in the local community.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities, providing one-on-one assistance to students, and working with small groups of children. You should have experience in this role and ideally hold a Level 3 qualification.

To be considered for this position, you must have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and overseas police clearances if applicable. You will also need to provide a detailed CV that includes your education and employment history, including any gaps in employment, and you must have the legal right to work in the UK.
