Our client, a leading education recruitment agency situated in North London, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Recruiter. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the education sector.

As an Education Recruiter, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing qualified education professionals in schools and educational institutions. This position involves building strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and contribute to the growth of the education recruitment team.

Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilise effective strategies to identify and attract qualified education professionals, including teachers and support staff.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, understanding their staffing needs.
3. Placement Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
4. Market Research: Stay informed about education sector trends, teacher supply and demand, and competitor analysis.
5. Targets and KPIs: Work towards and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in education recruitment.
• Recruitment Skills: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the education sector, is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure successful placements.

What Our Client Offers
