Working closely with most of the city-centre based colleges (Chorlton, Altrincham, Stockport and Levenshulme), Teaching Personnel are looking for a number of Educational Support Assistants to support students in year 12 and 13. This role is effectively the same as a Teaching Assistant where you would support students and the teacher(s) as required.

The role of Educational Support Assistants at these reputable colleges is to support students in lessons, assist those who are identified as having special educational needs (SEMH/ADHD/Autism) as well as support academic students with various subjects (academic mentor type role). The successfully appointed Assistants will therefore have to be adaptable and confident in supporting students on a one-to-one basis and also in full classes, having the opportunity to support in a variety of areas and in many subjects.
