Job Description:

As a Part-Time English Teacher at Crystal&Co, your responsibilities will include:

– Preparing students for academic interviews, especially for University enrolment.

– Maintaining comprehensive records of student progress and providing ongoing support during classes.

– Addressing students’ concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

– Adapting teaching methods efficiently based on classroom attendance and individual needs.

– Creating an engaging and vibrant classroom atmosphere to maximize learning.

– Offering constructive feedback to guide students’ development.

– Proficiency in tutoring adult learners at the beginner level.

Requirements:

– A relevant degree or certification in English Language Teaching or a related field.

– Prior experience in teaching, particularly with adult learners.

– Adaptability, creativity, and the ability to engage students effectively.

– A deep passion for education and dedication to student success.

– Knowledge of the Romanian language is a significant advantage and highly preferred.
