As there will be two NQTs already in the KS1 Phase, the SLT are looking for a teacher with at least a year or two of experience behind them and a mature, nurturing approach to helping colleagues to develop their own practise.

To be considered for this role you must be a committed KS1 Teacher who has been recognised as a ‘Good’ or better teacher in recent observations and has the skills to work independently and as part of a team. You will be a KS1 teacher who consistently delivers lessons of a high standard and can share best practice with colleagues.
