Experienced Learning Support Assistant / LSA needed in Kingswear.

TeacherActive is seeking to recruit an experienced Learning Support Assistant / LSA to work in a variety of primary schools within the Kingswear area for day to day and short term supply. The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will be supporting children of various ages and abilities so ideally will have previous experience in a 121 position. It is essential that you have good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and that you have experience of planning and delivering quality learning experiences for pupils.

To be considered for this position you must have:

Experience of working in Key Stage 1 / KS1 or Key Stage 2 / KS2 or EYFS / Early Years Foundation Stage setting
An innovative and creative approach to teaching
A calm and caring personality
Strong class management and the ability to deal with challenging behavior
