LTF Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic EYFS Teaching Assistant to begin work at the start of the spring term in a Leicester School. The role would be full-time for the remainder of the academic year. For the right candidate the role will be made permanent.

The role will be suited to a passionate and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children in the LE5 area. The successful candidate will have the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people making a massive impact on their educational journey through school.

Main duties will entail:

• Supporting pupils within the EYFS unit (aged 3-5).
• Using outdoor space to encourage learning through play.
• Liaising with the class teacher to feedback on progress.
• Supporting children with their learning.
• Engaging and support SEN pupils.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working within an EYFS environment is desirable.
• Will contribute to the wider EYFS unit team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
