Are you a Qualified year 2 teacher who is looking for a long term opportunity and can commit from February – July 2021?

Empowering Learning are working on behalf of a GOOD school with outstanding features based in the heart of Greenwich, who are looking for a year 2 specialist on a full time basis.

You must be a confident teacher who can hit the ground running from the first day, providing the continuity needed to prepare pupils for SAT’s.

Due to the on going pandemic – it is predicted you will need to teach online learning initially, unless schools open again at full capacity. You will need to be confident using Zoom, to provide quality teaching online.

You will be given PPA time and will be offered to attend training sessions to enhance your own CPD, in return the school will expect you to attend all staff meetings and be a part of the wider school community.

To be successful in your application you must possess the following:

QTS
Up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum (Year 2)
Previous experience of working in a mainstream school
Strong communication skills and behaviour management skills
