Further Education Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000-£38,000 per year + Uncapped commission

Full time, Permanent

Working Hours:

• Term time: Monday (phone number removed)pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7.30-5pm, Friday (phone number removed)pm
• School holidays: Reduced hours, approx. (phone number removed)pm
• Office based full time

This is Full time, Permanent role, you ll be working Monday Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant;

• Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
• Working with SEND schools
• Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancy
• Attending client meetings/school visits
• Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering candidates
• Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
• Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients needs
• Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships

Key skills needed to be successful in a Recruitment Consultant role;

• Previous sales experience or have worked in a target and KPI focused role
• Drive, determination and motivation
• Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Confident and resilient personality
• Strong communications skills with the ability to build rapport
• Ability to build relationships
