We are on the hunt for a Further Education Recruitment Leader. We are happy to consider applications from Team Leaders up to Branch Managers for this role.

You will be responsible for a team of Consultants and Resourcers. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some management experience in education sector.

You will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

What you will need to show;

• A successful billing record in agency recruitment
• Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
• Confident and resilient personality
• Able to build rapport and strong communication skills
• Great organisational skills and flawless work ethic
• Ability to nurture relationships
• Knowledge of the education recruitment market
