ERS Education are currently working with a long-standing client primary school in the Borough of Newham, to find vibrant and engaging Reception Teaching Assistants to join their team!

This diverse primary school is currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join their team supporting pupils within EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) as a general teaching assistant. If you are a graduate or EYFS teaching assistant who can contribute to this primary school’s Reception class please get in contact today.

Within your role as a Primary Reception Teaching Assistant, you will provide general support to pupils with their education. You will also assist with the management of the class, carry out interventions and deliver programmes tailored to children’s needs.

Reception Primary Teaching Assistant- Job Description

• Teaching Assistant providing EYFS Support in a Reception class
• ASAP Start
• 85 – 105 per day
• Full-time, full academic year, term-time only (no weekends)
• Based in Newham

Primary Teaching Assistant – Role

• Provide support for pupils across Reception as a general Teaching Assistant
• Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions.
• Use your creativity and compassion to excite and educate the pupils
• Strong inclusion team to support you and the pupils
