Day to Day of the Role:

• Delivering engaging and high-quality Geography lessons to students aged 11-18.
• Building positive relationships with students and fostering a culture of high expectations and strong discipline.
• Contributing to the development and sharing of resources within a Group-wide curriculum and intranet platform.
• Participating in work shadowing and mentorship opportunities to enhance professional development.
• Collaborating with other Humanities departments locally and across the country.
• Engaging in weekly subject CPD to optimise teaching practices and student outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A passion for Geography and education.
• A teaching qualification relevant to the subject.
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain high expectations for students.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
• Willingness to contribute to the school’s ethos and collaborative practices.
• Enhanced DBS check clearance.
